March of the Women - Concert for the International Women's day
Film Concert organised by the French, British and Belgian embassies, featuring Les Inoubliables to celebrate women's rights.
March of the Women - A concert illuminating female composers
This concert proposes a dialogue between heritage and contemporary creation. The first half will focus on French, British and Belgian women composers of the past, presented in the form of a chamber trio for piano, violin, and cello, with vocal interventions by a soprano.
The second half of the concert will feature Les Inoubliables’ composer-in-residence, Céline Fankhauser, a contemporary composer living in Bern, who will perform her music on stage.
Through this program, we aim to celebrate continuity, creativity, and the enduring voices of women in music.
